I did this on myself. My right thigh above my knee facing outward. Awkward position I had to strain to sit in for so long, so for the shaking of my leg and the pain I think its pretty good. I am sure I would have done much better if it had been on someone other than myself. I plan on doing another on my left leg same position but of an older elf with an upsidedown hourglass, to represent past.
